Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of the company and procurement policies, contractual templates, and where we fit into the procurement end to end process
  • Work with the internal stakeholders to understand the procurement strategy for the bids, and the technical and contractual requirements, as well as taking into account also the requirements of the Customer
  • Provide the correct contractual templates relative to the work adapted to fit the need
  • Analysis of supplier proposals identifying any risks and assumptions, and proposed contractual terms advising internal stakeholders on contractual implications, ( e.g Confidentiality, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Liability aspects)
  • Support the negotiations and implementation of any procurement contracts and help to resolve any issues post contract supporting Through Life Support
  • Contribute and develop new procurement contract awareness material, and coach internal stakeholders in the areas of contractual governance and policies, contract templates and negotiation skills
