Responsibilities

  • You’ll be in charge of testing, reviewing and updating the content and copy of our mobile app, with the aim of improving user experience.
  • Manage BAU requests quickly (research, user stories, product updates, asset changes)
  • Support the product team to update assets and content for new features
  • Review and ensure consistency on the app ahead of releases
  • Collaborate with the product manager to prioritize improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand users needs, and recognize opportunities for improvement on the product
  • Conduct research and collect information on trends, as well as content and user flows on mobile applications.
