- The role reports to the Global Segment Manager and is located in Memphis, Tennessee.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, in the United States, in either Business Administration or Marketing
- Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Legally authorized to work in the United States, without company sponsorship, now and in the future
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
- Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
- Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI

Responsibilities
- Support Product Management in creation of 5 Year Strategies / Business Plans
- Support automation of data collection / reporting for Monthly Business Reviews
- Support Product Marketing in the New Product Development Gate Process (Voice of Customer research, Product Launch Workshop, Launch Plan development)
- ESR Process improvement / execution (new catalog numbers): Apparatus, Cable Tray
- Product Life Cycle analysis / SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) reduction
- Packaging analysis (min/mult for Carlon, Red Dot; strut bundles)
- Mentoring and networking opportunities
- Personal and professional development programing will be offered to all interns. This programing will include global and local sessions
