Responsibilities

  • You will engage with community partners, assisting with requests and donations while ensuring a positive experience
  • You will help book, and coordinate group entertainment for special events and promotions
  • You will collaborate with the in-game team to execute pre-game and in-game promotions, enhancing the fan experience
  • You will facilitate all mailing and distribution of promotional items for media and partners
  • You will maintain and update department files, contact lists, and vendor information, ensuring accurate records in coordination with the Manager and Sr. Coordinator of Event Production & Promotions
  • You will support with game-day logistics pertaining to promotional and special event days
  • You will take on additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to the success of the Promotions and Special Events team
