Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate would be able to support the activities undertaken in the RE team including but not limited to:
  • lease negotiation;
  • lease administration;
  • finance planning including risks and opportunities;
  • Capital Expenditure business case compilation;
  • acquisition & disposal of Real Estate;
  • master planning.
  • As an Airbus Intern in our Real Estate, your responsibilities may include:
  • assist with the updates to the Master Plans for each UK site;
  • identify space optimisation opportunities;
  • support with the identification of a new workplace request;
  • produce high level executive summary;
  • assist with lease negotiation and drafting;
  • support the financial controllers with the information that identifies deviations from our cost base;
  • preparation and planning of Capital Expenditure;
  • manage projects according to Airbus principles to support the deployment of capital investment planning and project delivery.
