Responsibilities

  • You will provide support to the talent acquisition team by helping to plan job interviews, liaising with (potential) candidates and attend job interviews so you gain insight in the entire recruitment process.
  • You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for interns and will help the team with on-going projects such as campus recruitment events, candidate experience, data driven recruitment and employer branding.
  • You will assist the People & Organization Development team with e.g. organising monthly onboarding, our global training offer, and support other development programs.
  • You interact with stakeholders from different departments and we always appreciate your input and creativity.
  • This internship ensures that you get a good impression of the corporate recruitment side of Rituals.
