Where is the internship located?
The internship is based at our HQ in Amsterdam.
What type of tasks will I be supporting the Recruitment Team with?
You will support the Recruitment Team with tasks such as opening and closing roles, managing the offer process, and ensuring a great candidate experience.
Will I need to communicate with hiring managers?
Yes, you will be in contact with different retail hiring managers to ensure the best recruitment process.
What are the language requirements for the position?
The primary communication language is English; speaking Dutch and/or German is a plus.
Will I receive any financial compensation during the internship?
Yes, you will receive a monthly internship fee of €500.
Are there any perks associated with this internship?
Yes, you will have access to a daily nutritious lunch, 10 holidays per 6 months, and participate in events planned by our CultureClub.
Is it necessary to have a formal background in Human Resources to apply?
While a background in Human Resources, Business Studies, or similar is preferred, it’s not strictly necessary. A strong interest in learning about recruitment is the most important thing.
How will I learn about the Applicant Tracking System?
You will learn the ins and outs of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters, during your internship.
