What is the duration of the Retail Management Graduate Programme?

What roles will I experience during the programme?
You will start as a Sport Advisor (Sales Assistant), then transition to a Department Manager, and finally support the Store Manager in your journey to becoming a Store Manager.

Unfortunately, a genuine passion for sports is a key requirement for this role, as it is integral to our company culture and mission.
What kind of training will be provided?
You will receive comprehensive training on our products, brand philosophy, customer-centric approach, and managerial skills throughout the programme.
Is prior retail experience required to apply?
While prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly desirable, it is not strictly required. We welcome a variety of backgrounds and experiences in applications.

You should have graduated within the past 2 years with a 2:2 degree in any discipline and must have the right to work in the UK.
