  • Your Experience:
  • At least one years’ experience working in a customer-facing role, within the hospitality or retail sectors.
  • No prior sales experience is required but maybe you have participated in team sports, worked in retail/hospitality, volunteered or contributed to any community projects or programmes (for example, the Duke of Edinburgh award).
  • You possess a high level of spoken and written communication and are confident handling a high number of calls each day.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Revenue and Appointment Generation:
  • Proactively follow up all inbound sales enquiries and set appointments for our team of Regional Account Managers
  • Contact companies to establish needs, determine decision makers and present how WCCTV’s products and services can support the customers’ needs
  • Collate and communicate information gathered during sales calls to the respective field sales person and input into the company's CRM platform.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify further sales opportunities within this established base
  • Plan daily, weekly and monthly tasks to ensure selling time is maximised and activity and revenue targets achieved. Core calling hours between 9-12 & 1-5pm
  • Generate calls in excess of 35+ per day with a minimum of 45 mins call time per day
  • Market Research and Trends:
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and outbound lead generation.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote WCCTV and its products/services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Customer First:
  • Provide additional support for customers as required, for example incoming sales calls, technical support and customer services depending on office staffing levels
  • Pass on leads to other sales offices/sales teams as appropriate
