Responsibilities

  • Daily review of incoming customer orders
  • Transfer of customer orders into Bosch internal ordering system i.e. eSAMOS/SAP
  • Update & manage individual tracker
  • Coordinate order management with relevant internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensure key milestones are met within agreed lead-times i.e. Orders raised, manufacture, delivery & receipt of parts
  • Coordinating clear feedback via Sample Shop to customer contact
  • Reviewing weekly customer trackers & ensuring updates are sent within agreed time
  • Coordinating between customer & internal stakeholders for any issues which effects the delivery of orders
  • Act as an interface between Sales Engineer, Customer & Sample Shop
  • Coordinate all new orders via Sales Engineer, confirm pricing, design level etc.
  • Informing Sales Engineer of escalation topics.
  • Support of miscellaneous Sales activities where possible
  • Liaising with relevant colleagues to ensure overpaid invoices are resolved
  • 1-2-1 meetings with line manager to ensure key topics are reviewed
  • Updating of monthly UK SOE Cockpit Chart Presentation
  • Ad hoc presentation support relating to current business topics
