Responsibilities

  • Engage and interact with SiteOne customers on a weekly basis to promote sales and utilize SiteOne.com
  • Respond to customer questions concerning products and service issues
  • Answer questions regarding in store promotions, product availability, etc.
  • Escalate to sales team/branch management when necessary
  • Follow up with new customers that visit the local branches and solicit feedback on their experience.
  • Follow up with reactivated or missing customers that recently visited the local branches.
  • Price incoming product and material
  • Ride along with delivery driver and assist with loading/unloading product
  • Learn about inventory spot counts and inventory control
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the branch and stocking the work area with all necessary supplies
