Responsibilities

  • Strategy development: Support the development of PayPal's SMB strategy across regions and sub-segments
  • Project management & execution: Lead cross functional workstreams, delivering actionable recommendations for key stakeholders; coordinate execution of recommendations; opportunity to present results to senior team members and executives
  • Research & analysis: Take charge of identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings to cross functional teams and stakeholders; conduct and/or lead key qualitative (e.g., primary research, synthesis of secondary data sources) and quantitative (e.g., Excel and SQL) analysis in support of deliverables. Key analysis will include market sizing, opportunity assessment and business case development. Partner with Market Insights team to understand trends in the payments and competitive landscape and translate them into strategic insights for the segment
  • Cross functional collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance/Analytics, Risk, Product Marketing teams across the Globe to develop and implement strategic growth opportunities
