Requirements

  • Experience creating and scheduling social media posts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Hootsuite, MailChimp and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Must self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
  • Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry and proofreading skill
  • Well mannered, cooperative attitude and professional appearance

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and creation of weekly newsletter, This Week at CityCenterDC
  • Create content and schedule weekly social media posts
  • Monitor social media feedback
  • Assist with website updates
  • 16 hours a week in person; the hours would be Monday – Thursday for 4 hours per day, except event days that fall outside of business hours. Those two events are The Washington Ballet performances that run Thursday, June 6 through – Saturday, June 8 from 5:00-7:30pm and our Car Show on Saturday, June 15, which will run approximately 10am – 7pm.
