Responsibilities

  • Support in the flawless day-to-day execution of our channels.
  • The social lead for copy briefing, liaising with global teams to compile briefs - including central (London) and APAC.
  • Owning weekly and monthly reporting across different KPIs including engagement and listening.
  • Decode metrics to provide insights around any specific subject, utilising social tooling and platform capabilities.
  • Contribute creatively by sharing platform-native ideas, suggesting platform native creators and support on APAC channels.
  • Actively contribute to creative conversations around content ideation, suggesting creators and partners with a finger on the pulse of social trends.
  • Confidently communicate your ideas through the building of effective working relationships with global teams.
  • Lead communications with regional social and digital teams, keeping them up to date with global marketing plans and interpreting local nuance. Supporting the wider teams with updates on local social planning.
