Responsibilities

  • Get to know the world of sports marketing (event, athletes, gaming) within a Red Bull country organization.
  • Generate insights and new/unexpected ideas by thinking creatively and out-of-the-box to support cross-departmental sports marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Define and develop an overarching project to be presented to the respective department heads at the end of the program.
  • Get to know the sport event business by supporting the team in big events (yearly highlight events).
  • Learn to organize and execute an efficient event planning on a professional level and work closely with the internal project team, external agencies, athletes, and participants.
  • Develop an understanding of the day-to-day event business that includes for example production, activation, participant services and budget controlling.
  • Develop a deep understanding in designing & establishing a targeted, credible, and efficient athletes & club marketing program by supporting our Athletes & Club Marketing Team in managing the athletes and realizing athletes’ projects, initiatives & activations.
  • Drive innovation and support to set up a strong and efficient network in the national athletes’ scene.
  • Deep dive into the world of Red Bull’s Gaming Marketing by supporting the National Gaming Manager.
  • Assist in organizing gaming events by taking over defined parts of major event productions and realize smaller initiatives and gaming projects on your own.
