  • In depth training on the processes, procedures, and technology used on a daily basis

  • The opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, including the preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and/or S Corporations
  • Networking events designed to help you build relationships with your F&D family
  • Working with seniors and managers on a variety of client engagements from various industries, often times acting as the associate on the engagement
  • Gaining testing experience in many sections of the audit, including planning procedures, various balance sheet and income statement testing areas, and reporting procedures
  • Working on ad-hoc projects for the department as they arise
  • Traveling to client sites and gaining hands-on experience
  • Building relationships with team members and clients
  • Reviewing feedback with your seniors and managers to continue to improve your work
  • Reaching out to your Intern Buddy to get some advice over lunch
  • Networking with FD staff and fellow interns at firm social events
