Responsibilities

  • Aide à la saisie des contrats de vente dans le CRM
  • Participation au suivi des encaissements et au recouvrement des paiements
  • Aide à l'organisation de la liraison des places sur la plateforme de billetterie et à l'envoi des confirmations aux clients
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration des reportings de suivi d'activité (ventes, clients, encaissements)
  • Assister à la gestion des demandes clients éventuelles d'après-vente les soirs d'évènements
  • Apporter un soutien administratif ponctuel dans le cadre des projets ADV
  • Le candidat pourra être amené à remplir d'autres tâches de façon ponctuelle et devra participer à des évènements ayant lieu en dehors des heures habituelles de travail (soirées, week-ends, etc.)
