  • Etablir le plan de production moyen et long terme d'une catégorie de produits.
  • Gérer les alertes disponibilités produits : analyser les risques, prendre des décisions basées sur les priorités ou proposer un arbitrage.
  • Maintenir les stocks à un niveau suffisant pour garantir l'atteinte de l'objectif du taux de service défini, dans les limites du budget (volumes vs capacité de stockage et coûts) et de respect des DLUO (slow movers...).
  • Piloter le réseau de stockage du site de production, leader les points hebdomadaires et mensuels de suivi de saturation, et être force de proposition pour revoir les stratégies de stockage.
