Responsibilities

  • Piloter les processus de recrutement des candidats : rédaction & publication des annonces, tri de CV, entretiens RH, planification des entretiens, suivi des candidats, formalisation & présentation de l’offre, édition des contrats et mise à jour de la base de données.
  • Développer une relation de partenaire avec les opérationnels via le suivi de l’avancement de la campagne de recrutement et des préconisations pour optimiser les process.
  • Définir une stratégie de sourcing pour attirer les meilleurs talents, en identifiant notamment les supports et canaux de sourcing adaptés (annonces, sourcing via CVthèques partenaires, réseaux sociaux, forums/salons…).
  • Participer à des évènements Recrutements / Actions écoles
  • Suivre les indicateurs RH et produire les reportings
  • Contribuer à l’évolution des process et outil de recrutement ainsi qu’aux projets RH transverses gérés par l’équipe
