Responsibilities

  • Votre mission, en tant que Stagiaire Conseil Transmission Reprise (M&A) F/H consiste à :
  • Intégré(e) à notre équipe à taille humaine, jeune, dynamique et pluridisciplinaire, vous participerez à l'origination et à l'exécution des missions d’accompagnement à la cession et à l’acquisition (M&A) dans tous les secteurs d'activité :
  • Préparation et rédaction de la documentation marketing et autres supports :
  • Analyse stratégique de marchés et secteurs
  • Préparation de Teaser, Information Memorandum
  • Construction de business plan
  • Suivi du process de transaction :
  • Recherche et préparation de liste de contreparties
  • Gestion des phases de due diligences et notamment animation de Dataroom
  • Rédaction et relecture de lettres d’intention et d'offres fermes
  • Relecture de la documentation juridique
  • Animer le développement commercial :
  • Préparation de pitch destinés à la communication au sein du réseau KPMG
  • Préparation de pitch destinés à des rendez-vous de prospection
  • Participer à la veille sur les opérations M&A en région et sur le marché TPE-ME
