Responsibilities

  • Vous serez en charge de la restitution de l’analyse fiscale sur des projets internationaux à forte valeur ajoutée : suivi des appels d’offres jusqu’à l’exécution des marchés, analyse de clauses fiscales dans les schémas fonctionnels et contractuels (splits de contrats, consortiums, restructurations, M&A), assistance des filiales et succursales du Groupe localisées tant en France qu'à l'étranger.
  • Vous assistez les membres de l’équipe sur les problématiques de fiscalité internationale : fiscalité projet, gestion des établissements stables, mécanismes de retenue à la source, documentation des prix de transfert, étude de la réglementation juridique et fiscale applicable en Afrique (OHADA).
  • Vous apportez votre concours dans la résolution de problématiques fiscales pour le groupe Siemens Energy en France : impôts sur les sociétés, TVA, CET (Contribution économique territoriale), déclarations, rédaction de notes de synthèse (principalement en anglais), recherches documentaires et veille fiscale.
  • Vous participerez au suivi des contrôles et contentieux fiscaux, le cas échéant.
