Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Graduation date must be after August 2025.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and other Microsoft Office Suite tools is preferred.
  • Possess strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and demonstrate leadership initiative.
  • Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher and it must be maintained up to and throughout the internship. GPA must be listed on resume. New graduate students, list undergraduate GPA.
  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and be available for at least a 12-week internship.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the finance team to assist in the monthly closing process, which includes journal entries and analysis of accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation of management financial statements, designing financial reports and providing value added analysis.
  • Actively develop and drive continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Understand key business unit operating metrics/drivers and measure performance to established metrics.
  • Perform special projects and ad-hoc management reporting as required.
  • Enforce safety rules and procedures.
  • Ensure application of all Gulfstream regulations and policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
