What kind of training will interns receive?
Interns will learn customer service, conversational banking skills, and how to create a great client experience while supporting KeyBank's Financial Wellness strategy.
Are there opportunities for full-time employment after the internship?
Yes, high-performing interns may be considered for a full-time retail banking position as well as admission into Key’s Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program after six months of employment.
Who will interns be working alongside during the program?
Interns will work alongside Tellers, Personal Bankers, Private Client Bankers, and Branch Managers.
What are the responsibilities of interns during the program?
Interns will assist with client transactions, support branch operations, shadow team members, identify and resolve client servicing issues, and help clients achieve their financial goals.
What are the qualifications required for applicants?
Applicants must have a graduation date by December 2025 or May 2026, effective interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership experience, the ability to learn quickly, effective sales skills, and strong decision-making skills.
What is the hourly rate for the internship?
The position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $22 per hour.
Does KeyBank offer visa sponsorship for this internship?
No, KeyBank's Campus Program Internship and Analyst positions are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
