Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interest in HR areas of focus. Project topics will include: Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Benefits, HRIS selection and Implementation, Professional Mentorship Program.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Interest and comfort level with data analytics preferred.
  • Must be pro-active, self-directed, detail-oriented and organized, as well as work independently in a virtual setting.
  • Ability to interact professionally with multiple and diverse cross-departmental stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines (with supervision).

Responsibilities

  • Assist the People & Culture Team in researching and assessing a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Work with cross-departmental summer interns to execute a Foundation-wide team project.
  • Research, assess and create a project plan around designing and implementing a Foundation Intranet website.
  • Partner with the Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Learning & Development and People & Culture leadership on special projects.
  • Other duties as required.
