What is the duration of the internship?
The preferred internship duration is 12 to 13 weeks, with a minimum requirement of 10 weeks.
Where will the internship assignments be located?
Assignments will typically be at one of our sites located in California, Virginia, Louisiana, or Texas.
What academic qualifications are required for this internship?
Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as Geotechnical Engineering, Geophysics, Marine Technology, Geology, Computer Science, Oceanography (Physical), Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
What is the minimum GPA requirement for applicants?
A minimum cumulative and Major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.
Who will I work with during the internship?
Each intern will be assigned a technical mentor and supervisor to ensure a productive and engaging assignment.
What type of work will I be doing in this internship?
Interns will assist project professionals with project execution, perform engineering work around acquiring and analyzing geo-related data, and engage in various engineering tasks under the guidance of established teams.
What is the application deadline for this internship?
The application process must be completed on or before the requisition closing date of April 30, 2025.
Can I apply if I am a freshman in college?
No, applicants must be current sophomores through seniors or graduate students.

Yes, interns are expected to lead by example and prioritize Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection as core values.
