Requirements

  • Be in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree; or in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a one-year postgraduate place confirmed.
  • To have, or be on course for, a 2:1 undergraduate degree or above.
  • An interest in a career in forensic accountancy, valuation and dispute resolution with a view of obtaining your ACA Accounting qualifications in the future.
  • Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and strong research and analytical skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Initiative, adaptability, creative problem-solving skills, and an ability to work well in teams.
  • Advanced technical skills such as database and statistical programming languages, including SQL, R, Python, SAS would be beneficial.
  • In addition to English, a second language would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of investigations, complex global disputes, and other forensic accounting engagements, primarily including damages assessments, valuations and financial investigations.
  • Prepare and review detailed financial models in Microsoft Excel, including DCF models.
  • Review documents and collate research.
  • Prepare and review reports.
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings.
