Responsibilities

  • Support on challenging material planning to ensure demands from current production and new programs.
  • Gain an understanding of Tesla transport networks and supply chain setups.
  • Maintain accurate MRP data to reflect confirmed delivery quantities and due dates from suppliers, validate, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Deliver material coverage and cost analyses as needed.
  • Provide data-driven decision support to the organization through what-if and scenario planning.
  • Work with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Procurement, NPI, etc.) and external partners (suppliers etc.) to optimize the supply chain and ensure the flow of material.
  • Gain an understanding of Tesla transport networks and supply chain setups.
  • Take up responsibility for own (sub-)project regarding set-up of Transport Management System for production ramp-up.
  • In depth knowledge of Transport Management System functionality, data, maintenance, and improvement of automation.
  • Improve analytical skills through analysis of data.
