Responsibilities

  • Gain an understanding of how we integrate material sustainability/ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) factors into our investment processes.
  • Conduct company-level research using our proprietary sustainable research platform to identify and assess material sustainability risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to stewardship campaigns passionate about key material sustainability-related topics such as water scarcity and human capital management.
  • Analyze corporate governance matters at both individual company and macro industry levels.
  • Gather data and develop reports, using Tableau or other data visualization tools, to generate insights to supplement our sustainability assessments.
  • Conduct research related to our key sustainability themes (Health Care, Climate, Empowerment, Sustainable Living and Technological Advancement).
  • Assist with ad hoc projects related to proxy voting and stewardship.
  • Participate in engagements conducted with investee companies on sustainability-related topics.
