  • - Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

Responsibilities

  • You will primarily be working with the Head of Talent Acquisition for the UK to implement the Airbus-wide 2025/2026 strategic projects within the UK.
  • During your time as a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will learn how global projects are structured and deployed at a national level and gain insights into the process, tool and human aspects of change.
  • And if that is not enough, there is always the opportunity to work alongside one of our Talent Acquisition partners and learn the art of candidate relationship management, sourcing and assessing.
