Responsibilities

  • Working with our Talent Acquisition Partner to identify and recommend for offer, the best possible candidates
  • Responsible for all work experience, DE&I programs, Interns and Analyst recruitment globally
  • Working with our Talent Acquisition Manager to plan and run our Assessment Centres globally in collaboration with the business
  • Establishing partnerships with universities and student bodies who are the educational breeding ground for our varied candidates
  • Planning and attending various Career Fairs, where as part of our team, you will represent our business directly to our student audience
  • Working with our brilliant in-house Marketing team to maintain the latest appropriate content to attract and inform your target audience across our digital channels
  • Managing our on-going intern and work experience programs throughout the year, working with our resourcing team to ensure effective and productive experiences
  • Working with the business to develop and write compelling job adverts and case studies for candidate interviews
  • Owning the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring it champions our brand
  • Managing an exceptional, polished experience for candidates and third parties using Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system
  • Communicating with everyone involved in recruitment to always ensure expectations are correctly managed, with no surprises
  • Bringing a growth mindset to all that you do
