The Tech Support Intern is responsible for imaging, upgrading, and configuring PC hardware with MS Windows OS and various enterprise applications. They assist with technical support for software systems, maintain inventory, and provide support for networking at administrative centers and branches.
What qualifications are required for the Tech Support Intern position?
Candidates should have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or Information Technology, strong customer service and communication skills, and working knowledge of hardware and software for technical problem-solving. In-process degrees will also be considered.

No, previous IT or IT Security experience is preferred but not required for this position.
What is the pay range for the Tech Support Intern position?
The pay range for this position is between USD $15.50 to USD $19.67 per hour.
