Requirements

  • A fundamental knowledge of basic business and investment-related disciplines is essential
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, excellent product quality, and attention to detail
  • Has an interest in Health & Wellbeing, Disability Management, Health Sciences, a dedication to hard work, commitment to the highest ethical standards, and an eagerness to learn
  • Strong research skills combined with analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Familiarity with ergonomics would be an asset

Responsibilities

  • Work under the supervision of the Advisor, Total Rewards to assist with various projects.
  • Participate in updating the corporate wellness strategy
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of corporate health and wellness initiatives for all BCI offices (Victoria, Vancouver, New York & London)
  • Support Canadian immigration support program by running monthly validations to ensure compliance.
  • Support the administration of global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments, short-term assignments, and international transfers.
  • Ad-hoc day-to-day work and special projects as assigned by the Human Resources team.
