Responsibilities

  • Du bist die meiste Zeit in unserem internationalen Personalbereich am Standort Grafschaft und lernst die abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten des Personalmanagements mit internationalem Fokus kennen
  • Dabei wirkst Du in allen Bereichen unserer Abteilung Corporate Human Resources mit: im Center of Expertise, bestehend aus People Development, Organizational Design und HR Digitalization, sowie im HR Business Partner Bereich, der sich um die Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden, die HR-Bereiche unserer lokalen Landesgesellschaften und Themen der HR-Administration kümmert
  • Einen Schwerpunkt legen wir in der zweiten Hälfte Deines Traineeprogramms fest
  • Du übernimmst direkt zu Beginn eigene Aufgaben, arbeitest an strategischen Projekten mit und unterstützt bei der Implementierung von zukunftsorientierten HR-Prozessen
  • Gleichzeitig bist du von Anfang an im operativen „daily business“ tätig und im persönlichen Kontakt mit internationalen Kolleg:innen
