Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Technical Training teams to identify and develop Tableau dashboard reporting and validation.
  • Assist with tracking in-person and virtual course attendance in both Customer Experience and Technical Training.
  • Product Launch Training- Assist team with product launches as well as brand program development and execution. This includes procurement of assets, coordination of video shoots.
  • Process and Product Knowledge Training- Support the Process and Product team with the management of product knowledge training delivery including course scheduling reporting, and coordination of events.
  • Rewards and Recognitions- Assist in the fulfillment of awards, correspondence for programs and consulting with vendor partners.
  • Interns will collaborate closely with internal teams and trainers to assist with Tableau reporting dashboard build out.
  • Monitoring mailbox communications and administration of retailer communications and requests.
  • Perform a client experience training analysis to help give an update on which classes require attention monthly/quarterly.
  • Submit tickets to our UK Support Team to help resolve queries regarding our Learning Management System Platform (Excellence).
