  • Assist the team in acting as a central point for the government of the travel expenses policies, ensuring that all the expenses are in line with Company procedures and budget;
  • Support employees in understanding all our existing and future policies related to travels and expenses, helping them with eventually related issues;
  • Assist your colleagues with month-end close activities as it relates to expenses management and credit cards;
  • Collaborate proactively in monitoring the performance of the Travel & Expense program;
