Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in the "User Experience Design" field (UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or similar) with a strong interest in the financial markets, and should not be scheduled to graduate before December of the year in which the internship takes place.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments, work well on a team or on your own, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge or experience working with Design systems and Design Tokens.
  • You’ll really stand out with:
  • Accessibility knowledge.
  • Figma expertise and prototype creation.
  • Great sense of aesthetics.

Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities and learning objectives will be:
  • Collaborate and engage with the company design system expansion.
  • Research and produce artifacts on specific application projects.
  • Create engaging mockups/prototypes for the site while communicating with the business, stakeholders and handoff to development.
  • The intern will be supported by a UX designer throughout the duration of the internship.

Yes, we have a hybrid work environment, allowing interns to work 2 days remotely and 3 days in the office each week.

The internship program runs from June to August.
