Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with the status of Junior or Senior OR a graduate within the last two years.
  • GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Preferred:
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
  • Minimum Education and Experience:
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain the following:
  • Nevada Gaming Registration

Responsibilities

  • Provide unmatched service and owns the guest experience during all aspects of the guest journey.
  • Assist in managing the organization of the lobby, to include monitoring of traffic flow and guest queues; direct guests as appropriate to minimize wait times.
  • Enhance the guest’s experience using technology while offering a personalized interaction.
  • Meet set cleanliness standard set forth by Resorts World Las Vegas; cleaning is the responsibility of all of us.
  • Actively participate in divisional projects, tasks and assignments.
  • Work to gain an understanding of the organization, divisional purpose, processes.
  • Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
