Requirements

  • Minimum 6 Months' experience in user research or relevant coursework.
  • Experience in quantitative or qualitative research, has keen interest in learning new methodologies and frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, UX, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of UXR research frameworks and requirements for a wide range of methodologies.
  • Comfort with digital as well as traditional research methods.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry and gaming trends across PC/Console/Mobile, etc.
  • Top-notch Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical and analytics tools [SPSS/RStudio/ Tableau/Google Analytics/NetBase] a plus.
  • Excellent writing, presenting, and data visualization skills.
  • Superior attention to detail and a passion for precision.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across time zones of global clients as needed.
  • Possess exceptional problem-solving and analytics skills.
  • Excellence in communication and cross-functional team management skills.
  • Self-starter, very detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, work independently, and maintain highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Support analysis and creation of all reports, doing deep data mining where required.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of key User Research projects including research operations, aiding in screener writing, audience selection, project note taking, fielding, survey programing, quantitative/qualitative analysis.
  • Help in the management of data collection and analysis of key results.
  • Work with the User Researchers to oversee internal and external vendors (coordinate project bids, discover new vendors for nontraditional methodologies, recommend matrix of partners, etc.).
  • Assist in all aspects of project management, working cross-functionally with key internal partners and collaborators on key deliverables.
  • Be the key advocate for gamers around the world. Partner in championing the UXR internally across key game development milestones and campaign beats.
  • Assist in developing internal research databases and maintaining knowledge sharing repositories that allow internal stakeholders easy and agile access to key insights.
