  • Im Rahmen einer Werkstudententätigkeit bist du immatrikuliert in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang jeglicher Fachrichtung. Andernfalls hast du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Responsibilities

  • Du unterstützt das gesamte Team bei alltäglich administrativen Aufgaben und bist für die eigenständige Eingabe, Pflege und Archivierung relevanter Daten in internen Systemen verantwortlich. Zu diesen Aufgaben gehören unteranderem:
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Rechnungen
  • Kundenabfragen
  • Archivierung von internen Akten
  • Unternehmensinterne Kommunikation und Einholung von internen Berechtigungen für das Team
