  • Basic Qualifications
  • You’re still a full-time student, enrolled in either your first state-accredited (staatlich anerkannt) Bachelor or Master in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and have at least 1 year of studies left
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and at least one of the following languages: German, French, Italian or Spanish
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience with Content Management System (CMS)

Responsibilities

  • Support Content Coordination with all day-to-day tasks, such as review and assignment of title deliveries from internal and external partners, ingestion of titles into CMS (Content Management System), preparation of titles for downstream-teams to work on, with primary focus on German, French, Spanish or Italian-language products
  • Communicate issues (e. g. erroneous [not up-to-spec] metadata, audio or image files, QC inquiries etc.) back to partners and re-ingest corrections
  • Maintain title tracking with due diligence
  • Regularly check upcoming products pipeline
