Responsibilities

  • Unterstütze ein internationales Team bei den verschiedenen Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Akquisition, der Planung und den Genehmigungsprozessen von Wind- und PV-Projekten in Deutschland
  • Finde, analysiere und beurteile mögliche Flächen für Wind- und PV-Projekte, unter anderem anhand naturschutzfachlicher und regionalplanerischer Kriterien.
  • Recherchiere relevante Geodaten bei Behörden und Katasterämtern
  • Nehme Kontakt mit Flächeneigentümer*innen und Gemeinden/Städten auf
  • Erstelle Karten in QGIS, ArvGIS und Google Earth sowie Präsentationen für Projektvorstellungen
  • Führe wichtige Daten- und Marktanalysen zur Identifizierung neuer Möglichkeiten auf dem deutschen Markt durch
  • Arbeite eng mit Kollegen aus den Bereichen Transactions, Entwicklung, Recht, Technik und anderen Abteilungen innerhalb des Unternehmens sowie mit externen Beratern, Planungsbüros, Juristen, etc. zusammen, um konkrete Fragen zu den Projekten zu klären
