What academic qualifications do I need to apply for the training contract?
You need to be in your final year or have graduated with a 2:1 (either predicted or obtained). We also consider applications from those with a 2:2 if there are mitigating circumstances.
When does the application window open and close?
The application window is open from 1st October 2024 to 7th November 2024.
What is the structure of the training contract?
The training contract consists of four six-month seats across practice groups including Corporate & Commercial, Disputes, Finance & Projects, and Real Estate.
Are there opportunities for international applicants?
Yes, we welcome applications from candidates from all locations, but we cannot support Employment Permit applications at the point of hire.
What is the salary for trainee solicitors in the program?
Trainees will receive a first-year salary of €46,000 and a second-year salary of €47,000.
When do pre-seats take place prior to starting the Professional Practice Course?
The pre-seat for September 2025 will commence in May 2025, and the pre-seat for September 2026 will commence in January 2026.
Is there a limit to how many applications I can submit?
Yes, we accept one application per intake year.
