  • Produce tax information statements, tax returns and related reporting in a volume-driven environment within deadline-driven timeframes with the highest level of quality set forth by the practice’s clients
  • Participate on engagements, as well as wide range of projects; demonstrate creative thinking and individual initiative
  • Understand clients’ unique business and tax needs and referring them to colleagues in other service areas to broaden our business relationships
  • Research tax laws, rules and regulations, analyze their application and defend decisions and/or outline solutions to those issues
  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly; identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
  • Share and collaborate effectively with others; invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner
  • Develop and maintain both internal and external networks; seek opportunities to learn the firm
