  • Must be able to strategize and project manage deliverables within the 3D pipeline to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Ideally have experience modelling and rendering complexed interior environments across all sectors of design including high end luxury hospitality, commercial corporate and retail.
  • Ideally have experience modelling and rendering complex exterior architectural scenes incorporating challenging organic landscapes and vegetation eco systems.
  • Must have high level 3D modelling skills to create and render bespoke furniture items.
  • Experience with 3D sculpting software such as Z Brush
  • Must understand and be able to unwrap uvw maps and create PBR materials for export to real time rendering engines.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of preparing, optimising and exporting assets between various 3D packages and rendering engines.
  • Must have experience with both camera and object animation as well as incorporating VR and AR.
  • Must have good knowledge of the Adobe Suite for the post production of both stills and animations.

  • Autocad or Sketchup to 3DS Max, Corona or Vray and then on to real time engines Unreal, Vantage or Octane.

  • Works closely with design leaders and the strategic lead to create compelling and inspiring creative possibilities, this role needs to demonstrate autonomy from concept to delivery including presentation creation and narrative.

  • Work closely with Global Design Advisory Lab Lead & Creative Design Directors to review the time allocation for projects, ensuring design resource is identified, allocated and planned accordingly to satisfy the success of a project and its delivery.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to client feedback, demonstrating professionalism and understanding to exceed client expectations.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen and work in partnership with the operations to ensure all of your projects are delivered to scope, time and budget in a professional and compliant manner.
