What are the working hours for the 7.5t Customer Delivery Driver position?
The working hours are Monday to Friday with a start time between 6:00 and 6:30 AM, totaling 48 hours per week (WTD 17-week average).
Is this role solely focused on driving?
No, this is not just a driving role; you will be the face of our business and must have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to lift and maneuver heavy items of furniture.
What type of products will I be delivering?
You will be delivering mattresses, bed frames, and other furniture products into customers' homes.
Do I need a special driving license for this position?
Yes, you must have a UK driving licence Cat C1 along with a valid driver’s CPC DQ card and a valid driver’s digital card.
Is experience in a customer-facing role required?
Yes, good people skills and some previous experience in a customer-facing role are essential for this position.
