Responsibilities

  • Driving demand for Elsevier e-solutions and content to the health market in the Middle East;
  • Generating opportunities for e-solutions and collaboratively work with institutional sales team to lead to conversions of opportunities;
  • Identifying key decision makers and positioning solutions appropriately. Your efforts with faculty will naturally create advocacy for Elsevier, our products, and solutions;
  • Managing onboarding and implementation of Education e-solutions into institutions particularly key faculty, students, librarians;
  • Supporting usage through face to face and online training sessions to maintain the healthy use of e-solutions. Scheduling and conducting product presentations;
  • Capturing customer experience feedback and share with Content, Marketing, Product and Sales teams through instructed tools and processes.
  • Able to work as a team player and to effectively collaborate within a matrix organization;
