Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Support:
  • Assist with updating and standardizing onboarding templates and sequences for new B2B partners.
  • Deploy new client swag with personalized cards from the ASM/team upon onboarding/renewal.
  • Manage the creation and post-onboarding survey deployment utilizing Outreach/Gong Engage in partnership with the Academic Success Team.
  • Health Checks
  • Pull usage data for analysis and reporting purposes at 3- and 6-month marks.
  • Prepare usage report files and assist with academic journey PowerPoint decks for analysis and review on kick-off and health check calls for high-touch accounts.
  • Set calendar reminders and outreach sequences for Academic Support Managers' health check outreach.
  • Special Client-Facing Project Coordination
  • Manage promotion and outreach initiatives for events like Raise the Line Faculty Award Communication and other client-facing alerts and communication plans.
  • Assist in managing conference and client visits calendar for the team.
  • Formalize and oversee new SOP for new client and renewal swag packages and ordering in accordance with Elsevier gift policies.
  • Coordinate client mailers and swag distribution as needed.
  • Handoff Tracking
  • Champion the new handoff form process in Salesforce.
  • Track handoff processes to ensure smooth transitions between team members.
