Responsibilities

  • As an Account Executive, you’ll work directly with prospective clients to learn their unique needs and consult on how UpSlide can help solve their business challenges. You’ll be directly impacting the growth of the Berlin office by helping to grow and shape our client acquisition and expansion strategy.
  • Build a high-value sales pipeline with the Business Development Representatives (SDRs), attending events, networking, and your own outreach
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their unique needs, present solutions, and discuss project scope, timelines, and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news, research companies’ strategic objectives, and incorporate them into your sales plan
  • Expertly deliver across all stages of the sales cycle
  • Manage complex procurement, commercial, and legal processes to close new business
  • Navigate long-term strategic engagements while implementing quick wins to shorten the sales cycle
  • Work with our team to optimize our sales processes and the overall strategy of the office
  • Establish strong lines of communication between pre-Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Product
  • Contribute to new market strategies, demonstrate our unique value proposition, and establish key competitive differentiators
  • Support the Berlin BU’s Head of Sales in training the team
