  • We are a U.S. based company, so you must be able to collaborate during Pacific Standard business hours 6:00am - 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time
  • You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  • You must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in Account Management or Product Listing/Optimization
  • Experience in handling contracts and E-commerce are preferred
  • You must have consistent minimum internet speeds of 8Mbps and a modern computer that meets the below specs:
  • Multicore Processor ex: Intel i3,i5,i7, or higher; AMD Ryzen, Athlon, FX or higher
  • 8GB of Memory or higher
  • Minimum 128GB Hard Disk Drive or Solid State Storage
  • Licensed 64 bit Windows 10 or Mac 10.14 (Mojave or Latest)
  • Ability to support a dual monitor set up

Responsibilities

  • Ensure each contract is compliant, profitable, meets revenue and performance metrics
  • Setup and assume full ownership of all aspects of assigned contracts as required by SLAs
  • Foster and enhance relationships with Contracting Officers and communicate contract reporting
  • Help improve and extract more value from contracts, and make decisions to safeguard revenue for low-value contracts
  • Resolve tickets and handle administrative tasks as assigned

The compensation is $360 - $400 USD every two weeks, along with a monthly internet stipend of $10 USD.
