Responsibilities

  • Manage and build long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of leading retail brands.
  • Collaborate with retail strategists to develop long-term account plans, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Act as a strong advocate for our products, and understand existing processes within retailers and brands.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify additional contacts within client accounts and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams including sales, implementation, and product development to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Engage in regular travel, both domestically and internationally, to meet with clients in-person.
